Delay, Loss or Damaged Goods
All goods we stock are inspected on receipt from our suppliers and again before we ship to you. We pay express shippers extra to insure all our shipments which have declare value over USD100 fully. It is very unusual for goods to be damaged in shipment, but if it should happen, this is what to do: If you receive damaged goods from shippers, advise UNCompany.com by email within 7 days and we will make arrangements for the express shippers to inspect the goods and then return them to us. Please do not return damaged goods to us without contacting us first or you will invalidate the insurance. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEMS TO US. ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN PERFECT CONDITION. YOU MUST MAKE A CLAIM WITH SHIPPERS BEFORE THE PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED.
If it’s confirmed the compensation is valid to be made, the compensation value is always refer to the value declared on the invoice.
After we have received the damaged goods back here, we will ship a replacement – of the same item – to you at no cost. If you prefer immediate replacement, we will do that, subject to stock and will charge for what we ship. You will receive a refund from us after we receive the original goods back in good condition.

Returns and Exchanges
Return the item within 10 days carefully packed with original wrappings and in new, unused and saleable condition, for exchange, credit or refund. Returned items will incur a 10% restock fee. The item must be returned to us, and undamaged, within ten days of the shipping date. Returns received between 10 and 30 days after original ship date will be subject to a restock fee of 50%. All you have to do is make sure you wrap it securely, prepay and insure that item, then send it back. Shipping and handling on return merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping costs are not refundable. Painted parts are not refundable. All items must be returned in PERFECT and SEALED condition if you really want to refunded.
