Taxes & Import Duties

We do not charge taxes on shipments to any state or country.
However, YOUR COUNTRY MAY CHARGE YOU TAXES, Duties and fees over which we have no control. If you decide not to pay these taxes, Duties and fees when your parcel arrives, then you still remain responsible to us for the cost of the goods and outward shipping. If the goods are returned to us, then you will owe us additionally for the return shipping cost and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The remaining balance will then be refunded back to your credit card . In some Countries, if you refuse your shipment, your Customs charge us for the duty you refused to pay! Delay, Lost or Damaged Goods

All goods we stock are inspected on receipt from our suppliers and again before we ship to you. We pay express shippers extra to insure all our shipments fully. It is very unusual for goods to be damaged in shipment, but if it should happen, this is what to do: If you receive damaged goods from express shippers, advise UNCompany.com by email and we will make arrangements for the express shippers to inspect the goods and then return them to us. Please do not return damaged goods to us without contacting us first or you will invalidate the insurance. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM TO US. ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN PERFECT CONDITION. YOU MUST MAKE A CLAIM WITH EXPRESS SHIPPERS BEFORE A PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED.

If it is confirmed the compensation is valid to be make. The compensation value is always refer to the value declared on the invoice.

After we receive damaged goods back here, we will ship a replacement - of the same item - to you at no cost. If you prefer immediate replacement, we will do that, subject to stock and will charge for what we ship. You will receive a refund from us after we receive the original goods back.

If you receive damaged goods from the Post Office please report it to them.

UNCompany does not take responsibilty for the delay or Lost goods by shippers or any customs seizures/confiscation. If this happen, please advise UNCompany.com via email, we wil try to contact the shipper or the custom to solve out the issue. Again, YOU MUST MAKE A CLAIM WITH EXPRESS SHIPPERS.

Return the item within 10 days carefully packed with original wrappings and in new, unused and saleable condition, for exchange, credit or refund. Returned items will incur a 10% restock fee. The item must be returned to us, and undamaged, within ten days of the shipping date. Returns received between 10 and 30 days after original ship date will be subject to a restock fee of 50%. All you have to do is make sure you wrap it securely, prepay and insure that item, then send it back. Shipping and handling on return merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping costs are not refundable. Painted parts are not refundable. All items must be returned in PERFECT and SEALED condition if you really want to refund.

You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during return, so we suggest that you insure the item for your security. It is not uncommon for mass produced products under $100 to have minor imperfections. You can resolve most of these problems yourself with careful use of a little polish.
